In fact, this patch also improves and changes a
few other things. This was a work in progress
towards another upcoming update. So if you use
this, you may notice some slight changes in a few
areas such as the names of some menu or placement
of items on some context bars. It keeps getting
better.
Flattening just 2 layers in
Magic Pink blending mode - fixed
When you have several layers, you can flatten it
all, or just flatten two layers, namely the
currently chosen one and the one below.
This latter case, i.e. flatten two layers, did
not work right for Magic Pink blending mode.
This is fixed. We suspect there may be other
modes that aren't working right yet, but we
haven't identified them. If you notice any
abnormal behaviour while attempting to flatten 2
layers in other modes, please note the debug
number that appears now with this temporary
patch, and let us know. For Magic Pink, the
number showing in the popup debug window is 17.
With other modes, it will be different. Please
help us find the few that are still misbehaving,
if you find any.
And yes, you can skip the
prior one (9.6+) if you decide to install
9.6++ :As of this writing, 9.6++
is the latest and greatest that has it all.
